Finance and operations that run without chaos.

I help growing companies get their numbers, processes and planning in order. And when a spreadsheet stops being enough, I build the tool.

What I do

Senior finance thinking, hands‑on delivery.

For founders, operators and boards who need the numbers right and the operation planned, without hiring a full-time finance team.

01

Fractional finance & governance

A finance lead on part-time terms: reporting, controls, budgets and board-ready numbers.

02

Process review & redesign

Aligning your goals, processes and tools in one direction: finding the bottlenecks, stopping the leaks, and setting up what's ready to automate.

03

Production & cash planning

For small manufacturers: what to make, what to buy, and what it does to cash over the next 13 weeks.

04

Spreadsheets into tools

Models proven in Excel first, then turned into reliable apps your team can actually use.

How I work

Understand

Start from how the business really runs: the people, the data, the decisions that keep getting made on gut feel.

Model

Build the logic where it's easy to check. Every number explains itself, so the team trusts it.

Run

Hand over a routine, a model or a tool that keeps working after I leave.

About

Hi, I'm Mateus.

I'm a finance and operations consultant based in Victoria, BC, with 21 years of experience. More than 15 of those were in manufacturing, including about 10 in the automotive industry, with automakers and auto-parts suppliers.

Today I work with clients in Canada and Latin America, in English, Portuguese and Spanish, on budgets, cash flow, reporting and the processes behind them. When a spreadsheet stops being enough, I build the tool. That's how CTE Flow and Ramona Planner started.

Good decisions need three things: people, process and numbers.
